How to Return or Exchange an Item

Please contact us first. Our team usually responds within the same business day and will provide all necessary instructions.

For Exchanges or Refunds

If you’ve had a change of heart or received an unwanted gift, we’re here to help.
However, please note the following:

  • Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are custom-made just for you.
  • All items must be returned in original condition and in the original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • Refunds will cover the product price only; original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Return Processing Time

Once your return (with an RMA number) arrives at our warehouse, please allow 1–2 business days for processing.

Shipping Your Return

Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns and exchanges. Please ensure your package is sent with a tracking number.
Corkor is not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.
