Belt Size Measurement Guide and Size Chart
Measuring Belt Lenght
Method 1:
Measuring an existing belt to find Your size
If you have a belt that fits well, here’s how to measure it:
- Lay the belt flat on a surface.
- Measure from the buckle’s end to the hole you use the most (excluding the buckle itself).
- The length from the buckle to that hole is your belt size.
Method 2:
Using Your Pants Size to Find Your Belt Size
If you don’t have a tape measure handy, simply add 2 inches to your pants size to find your belt size.
For example, for 34-inch pants, the belt size is 36 inches.
Method 3:
Measuring Your Waist to Find Your Belt Size
Wear the pants you plan to pair with the belt.
- Run the measuring tape through your belt loops at the waistline where you feel comfortable.
- Once you have your waist measurement, add 2 inches.
For example, for 34-inch waist, the belt size is 36 inches.
