Personalized and stock products follow these general timelines, which may vary based on order size and busy periods:
- Laser engraving (in stock): 2–3 days
- Laser engraving (not in stock): 1–2 weeks
- Debossing (in stock): 2–3 days
- Debossing (not in stock): 1–2 weeks
- Embroidery: 3–4 weeks
- Custom/Bespoke products: 6–8 weeks
Laser and Debossed personalizations, are often shipped quickly with minimal processing.
Embroidered products take longer as they require production before delivery. - What’s the difference between debossed and embossed personalization?
- Embossed: Monogram is raised above the material's surface.
- Debossed: Monogram is pressed into the material, creating a recessed impression that develops a beautiful patina over time. - What is foil deboss?
Foil deboss uses the same process as blind debossing but adds a layer of foil (e.g., gold or silver) during stamping. This gives the debossed impression the color of the chosen foil, adding a striking visual effect. - Can I choose a different location for personalization?
We’ve pre-selected the best spot for personalization on each product, but some styles offer alternate placement options for you to choose from.
